[COM] Re: PRO: 27lvl Commercial & Entertainment tower - Festival P
... Between the train station and parliament house, is old parliament house. As there is no mention of old parliament house, which I think is probably heritage listed(even if it wasn't it shouldn't be demolished), I believe this sits behind Parliament house in the plaza that is located between parl...

[COM] Re: PRO: 27lvl Commercial & Entertainment tower - Festival P

The smaller lower scale building is resi/retail/cafe/bars to activate the space North of Parliament House (currently the Plaza). The space in front of the Fectival Centre is an urban park comprising...

Re: News from the ACC
"The panel later said it rejected the development rather than allowing the developer to amend its proposal because it wanted to "send a strong message" that it was taking its heritage and planning powers seriously."

[COM] Re: U/C - City Central Tower 2 - 50.8m

Wow, you guys seem to know a lot about the CCT project. There are a few things that I obviously can't confirm or deny but all this development is great isn't it.

Hi guys.
I'm the person who did all the renders of T1 and T2 you have seen. Yes I work at WB. It's very interesting to read/see what you all think about the development, and great photos too. If you have any queries I can try to answer them. Cheers.
