Re: RAH Rebuild Concept
After previously being involved with refurbishment of a hospital - I can tell you first hand that the disruption is huge. The Contractors need large areas for compounds for materials, lunch sheds and other amenities which doesnt fit in with your plan. Also there are OHS regulations which need to be ...

Re: #Vision: New Inner-City Stadium
who gives a shit about faggy soccer. If you want to have proper footy at a stadium it requires large ovals. Do you really think that the threshold of the stadium can be on Port Road or North Terrace. Do yourself a favour and read up on requirements under things such as the BCA and AS. You know thing...

Re: #Vision: New Inner-City Stadium
The railyards are a bad spot for a stadium. A stadium is too large in comparison to the adjacent buildings. Is there any evidence that a stadium in/near the CBD would increase the number of people in the city. If you look at the footy fixture there is not a great deal of games held in SA on a friday...

Sounds like a stupid idea. This still would not meet BCA reqirements for other areas such as Section J, Section E and Section D. Good luck with the idea though

As someone who has been involved with public projects I can tell you that there are many plans which exist that the public wouldnt know exist. What is the point of telling everyone what is goin...
