I think that it should be mandatory that every houshold is required to have some sort of rainfall catchment system. I agree with ynotsfables that we are not in recession, and anyone with failure on their mind is sick in the head. success is determined by the right attitude. what Ho really wrote is very negative and it seems to me he would like failure to occure
