Ok ok I can admit defeat when I make a bad point opposing development. I have a couple more questions...
Does anyone know how long the (current) bay junction complex has been there? And when is demolition due for the building?

Theres nothing wrong with high rises in the right place. Glenelg is the home for many elderly residents and this area may become too expensive for them too live anymore. Its just a shame Glenelg beach has been ruined so much. It used to be one of best beaches around and now it has the marina between...
