Re: Save the Costume Museum!

You mean that the railway museum should start up again? I'd love that. My Dad was suggesting that the costume museum should move to Birdwood, so, gender stereotypically/sexistly, there's something there for men and women- the car museum and the costume museum. I'd like to see the costume museum stay...

Re: Adelaide Zoo : Funi and Wang Wang

I love how the zoo has been looking lately! :D And the enclosures are so much nicer.

Save the Costume Museum!

We're about to lose another great attraction in the Adelaide area: The National Costume Museum in Lobethal. Many haven't heard of the National Costume Museum (now in one of the buildings near the indoor market in Lobethal) but it's been around for decades. It used to advertise a lot more but I think...

It's a bit sad it wasn't finished, could have been interesting! Is it totally lost to further development now?

Re: Save the Rundle Mall Glass Lifts

Probably unrelated.
I hate Today Tonight, I really do. But it'd be pretty funny for them to do something on the lifts!

[COM] Re: Proposal: Adelaide Zoo Redevelopment

Okay, sorry guys for creating another thread about this without checking properly. So I'll put my thoughts here. I went to the zoo today, and it really does look like they're doing a *lot* of work. Very impressive!

Re: Introduction Thread

Hello everyone! I seem to be one of the few females here. I'm 22. I've always loved Adelaide, and I'd love to see it be as good as it can be, both architecturally (though I don't seem to be as picky about it as some of you are!) and socially.

Re: World First Rotating Tower in Dubai

I'd be imagining that most of the time it'd look messy like that last picture... that is, if each apartment has it's own voice activated controls. Still, it's an interesting concept, and I would love to see it happen, to be honest. Even though it's strange.
