It's all speculation at the moment, but I've heard around the place that Louis Vuitton and Balenciaga have both signed EOIs about opening stores at Burnside.
It looks like we're starting to get some of the really high end brands finally coming to Adelaide.

There will be but they won't announce until much closer to completion.
My wife was told that Gucci is apparently going to be one of the new stores, but there's been no official announcement.

It's so strange that it's only one level. If I were Myer Centre I would have come to whatever leasing terms necessary to get them to also activate either LG or L1. I agree It's the same with H&M, I have no idea why they weren't offered the ability to have a full sized store when there was more ...

As others have already mentioned it seems like the rumours are true about Myer. They're currently renovating their 2nd floor and I was old that once that is complete the plan is to compress their store down to three floors with Level 1 being turned into 2 new retail vacancies. All these minor moves ...

It's a shame that multi story retail arcades aren't popular in SA. Rundle Place would be the perfect place to re-create a smaller version of The Emporium in Melbourne, they could gut the old Harris Scarffe store and turn it into 2 additional floors of stores. Unfortunately even if they were to do it...

An interesting development
I am seeing a number of franchises listed for sale on Seek Business for The District - Parafield and both Sushi Hub and Jamica Blue have The District listed as in their store list as "coming soon".
Maybe this one might actually happen after all.

It might be the wrong thread to ask this but does anyone know what used to be underneath the Rundle Arcade (parc arcade). There used to be escalators down next to Adelaide Exchange Jewelers on the Stephens Place side however they were boarded up many years ago. I have had no luck finding any inform...

I noticed that Sephora is significantly smaller than the ones interstate (only around 2/3's the size of other stores) Seems to be becoming an increasing trend in Adelaide with H&M and now Sephora (more than likely many others) opening smaller stores with smaller product lines in SA than elsewher...

i'm fairly certain its just a rebranding to Laubman and Pank. Are L&P then closing on Gawler Place south? A few vacancies along there already if so, with Allan's Music long empty and Bag Heaven and one of the ugg boot stores recently shut. Not to mention the decrepit Da Costa Arcade. Really hop...

Likely to involve repainting more walls and hopefully bridging the gap between this and Tea Tree Plus! I also asked them whether Stage 2 included connecting TT+ to TTP and they indicated that it did, so hopefully exciting times are ahead for TT Plaza. There's also intentions to expand out to Aldi a...
