i have heard around our office that we may be moving into this building, which makes a bit of sense. The company i work for just got bought out by a Canadian company, and they have been looking at making some pretty big changes.

- The Vic park idea is great! why not put the grand stand along Fullarton Rd?
- Festival plaza idea needs to be done, with the river bank precinct.

got this email back from the ACC today.

"The owners have backed off due to the GFC unfortunately...another victim of the current climate!"

i emailed the ACC about this (around mid Jan) and they confirmed it was going up.
