Yeah, there's no way a luxury hotel in the tallest building in the city, with an observatory on the roof, across the road from the cultural precinct & a block away from Rundle Mall could POSSIBLY run at a profit. TERRIBLE business case.

Absolutely terrible. Such prime real estate in a market begging for more apartments & hotel rooms & THAT'S the best they could come up with.

Not sure when it happened, but the arcade under the Realm Apartments is FINALLY open again and... yeesh!

Still, 1 tenant is better than 0 tenants, I guess!

The balls of these people to describe a single house as "social housing". Disappointing that a large charity like the Salvos can own such a large parcel of land in the CBD and, until now, have done so little with it.
