Re: Dazzleland
Does anyone have any more pictures of Jazz Junction or Dazzeland in general? There are a few more images hanging about on Flickr taken by various photographers, easily browsed from the Dazzeland group :) As best as I can see, these two photos give the best representation of the layout when viewed t...

Re: Southern Expressway Stage 3
Agree, the expressway should extend to Victor Harbor Rd (I did put up something on here a while ago). One comment I do have however is the interchange with Main South Rd looks a little over engineered. Example: Do people heading north-bound on Main South Rd really need a right turn ramp onto the exp...

Road and Cycle Safety Centre, Ridgehaven: http://www.teatreegully.sa.gov.au/page.aspx?u=792 . I remember going here years ago as part of a primary school excursion. There's also the one which was on Port Road, Thebarton: http://www.decd.sa.gov.au/roadsafety/a8_publish/modules/publish/content.asp?web...

Re: General Suburban Projects & Discussion
Good news - we went to Charlies quite a bit, but the concept had become a bit tired - hope the new building has a better eatery. The replacement hotel won't be a Charlies / buffet restaurant. Instead it is to be an Aussie Steakhouse type bistro. Updates are posted to their Facebook page . The last ...

Re: News & Discussion: MetroCard System
A lot of map data was lost on OpenStreetMap when a licencing change was enforced when original mappers did not agree with the change. It can be mapped again, just someone needs to do it under the new licencing.

[COM] Re: #PRO: Northern Connector | 14km
It seems the boliver interchange has been 'simplified' into a single south-bound on-ramp. The 2008 plans showed both on and off ramps for both carriageways. The St Kilda interchange has had its south-bound off-ramp removed. The globe derby park interchange has been removed completely, although the r...

Re: #COM: Northern Expressway | 22km
From what I gather based on the Nearmap update as at November 19 , an on-ramp connecting city-bound Port Wakefield Rd traffic to the NEXY is being constructed. I cannot find this mentioned in any of the NEXY renders, though. The ramp is not mentioned in the Northern Connector brochure either. Intere...

If you have Google Earth, can anyone please draw a route of where the South Road Superway goes to? Make it as accurate as possible! The general access map on the DTEI website may help you :) -- DTEI has (parts of) a new website up in case you didn't know. There's a bunch of still renders of the Sup...

Re: South Road Upgrades | PRO: South Road Superway
Whilst I don't disagree that a road bridge could be cheaper and less disruptive, I agree with Nort that now is a great time to upgrade some of the intersections with grade separation... And without trailing too far off topic, this was just one of the ideas I had for the Raglan crossing whilst I was ...

Raglan Avenue / South Road
I've been watching this thread for a long time now.. I see a few years ago there was discussion of deviating Raglan Avenue near Castle Plaza to Ackland Street thus eliminating one set of traffic lights - unfortunately the picture posted by ReallyBad doesn't show anymore so I hope my vision hasn't st...
