I've just been looking at some of the marble being fitted and to me it looks as if it will end at the base of the 4th floor. 400 KWS should have at least 3 ground floor retail tenants including a large coffee shop and a credit union so there should be plenty of street activity when all is finished. Will be great to see the glass go up, looks like all is progressing well.
