Anyone know who the builder is?

Does anyone know who will be running the apartments once they are built or even if they are to be sold off to the public?

I still think it will do wonders to the south end of the city...parklands close by and easy access to transportation for international ...

just a rookie question that someone might be able to answer for me, once a building is up for public notification at the DAC (like this one) - and the close date has passed...what is the process for the proposed development? Are the public able to sit in on the discussion on whether or not these ...

I remember acouple of years back that Hills were going to develop a site on King William Road in the city, just next to the Optus building...does anyone know if this fell through, or was I just dreaming it?!?

g'day guys...i stumbled across this site on the weekend, its coming along nicley and the renders up on the site look great! Does anyone know much about the construction company building it? I haven't seen much of them around Adelaide.
