Its an opportunity to retrofit to take advanta...

when is Pitt St going to reopen? It has been closed since Oct/Nov last year.
Takes them about 6-8 months to redesign a simple 400 metre street.

[U/C] Re: M2 North-South Motorway

Which tunnel? do you mean the underpass underneath tonsley boulevard? Yeh, I mean will they make this three lanes both ways? Looks like the underpass will need expanding and realinging? That underpass is already 3 lanes in each direction. They merge down to 2 each going North. (Ok technically outsi...

Will the tunnel near Flinders Tonsley site be widened to 3 lanes each way, and realigned?

Re: News & Developments: Other Suburban Retail

Spoke with a Bunnings worker recently. The Noarlunga store will move to the Masters site permanently. No idea what is happening on the Bunnings site though.

Re: News & Developments: Other Suburban Retail

Apparently Bunnings are temporarily moving into the Masters building at Noarlunga. The current Bunnings building will be demolished and rebuilt before they eventually move back into the rebuilt store. Reported today is that Bunnings will shift and their current site will become Costco. Do we know w...

Re: News & Discussion: Trams

Labor really needs to bring back its plans to extend the Tram lines. A tram line loop through the city going through East Tce / Hutt / Wakefield / Grote / West Tce or Morphett would be ideal. Would service new developments being the Arcade and hotels/apartments. An extension of the line to O'Connell...

For this new development, was there any indication of a change to the loading bay area on Grote st (outside coles), or having a new dedicated underground loading bay? Where would it be accessed from?

[U/C] Re: Central Market Arcade Redevelopment | 130m | 39 levels

I do fear though that the upmarket nature of the new Arcade interior will be a bad match for the Central Market, however. I hope they get this right.
