Do we know what is happening with the Bunnings Noarlunga site, will it be redone, or will costco move in?
The site is owned by BWP Trust.
The Bunnings lease expires in September 2024.
The most recent announcement on the site was they are "Considering redevelopment options"

Uniqlo is looking at opening a second store in Adelaide, most probably at Westfield Marion.
There are a couple of spare large tenancies available at Marion - the former space occupied by JB HiFi (they have moved to a large store) and the space where the bowling alley was.

If only someone would go into the former Harris Scarfe floors in the Rundle Place. Suprised Big W hasnt Big W have recently owned a Sydney CBD store and now have 3 city stores - the other 2 are Melbourne & Brisbane. I think the Rundle Place tenancy would be too big for them as their city stores...

I don't think it's common knowledge, but the Bend motor sport park will be the venue for the next Australian scout Jamboree in January 2018. Facilities (including shower / toilet blocks etc) will need to be in place by then to allow camping for around 12,000 participants for a 2 week period. I suspe...

Mile End is one of Bunnings' national flagship stores. It's far and out the best performing location in SA. It won't be moving. I agree. This store is always busy. I can't see them closing it. The Masters site at Adelaide Airport would be a successful trading site - captures the market in the weste...

I've heard that once Bunnings get their planning approval sorted at their Pasadena site and build their new store, this site will be closed, the building demolished and a three level car park built in its place. Surely they would build a replacement store though? I visit Bunnings Marion often and i...

Does anyone have any insights as to what may happen to this site when Masters closes?
My tip would be for the area to be divided, with Bunnings taking say 8000 sqm and the remainder split into say 3 tenancies of about 1500 sqm each, with Officeworks and maybe say some furniture shops moving in?
