Are those gaps above the embeded steel plate on the floor level for coping? I'm not an expert. They have been there exposed for over a year though. Would that affect the original build?

Oh definitely mine is definitely not political, it's more critiquing the bizarre process of digging a hole before any construction approval. Streamlining seems to be the buzzword of choice these days.

If it was large scale LED panelling, it would be cool. But it's not. It never is in Australia.

It doesn't take an economist to know that price caps only work if there is enough supply, security and policing. Which there is none of those. Once the cap comes off, prices skyrocket.

Diverse food offering would be ideal something for everyone. Pub food can be found anywhere. Maybe something gastro that’s pub food with a twist.
Don’t underestimate an Adelaidian’s food palette. This isn’t the Gold Coast. Even the Bogan-inclined don’t mind something a bit different.
