I'd say they will tunnel under the cemetery and the Torrens - from the Expressway now - and the land to the east of the Brickwork will be the new interchange come Tunnel enter/exit space
I'd also suggest the West Hindmarsh Hotel will disappear as well.

I'd say the tunnels will start right at the Tonsley Boulevard bridge as there is already off and on ramps to the expressway while the build is happening

I thought the Gallipoli underpass was wide enough for three lanes - the bike lane would need to go though, but I guess bike lanes don't exist on Expressway's anyway.
