Did you mean Bvlgari? There will be a few high-end stores there, including at least one of those you mentioned.

Not sure I can be more specific publicly, but yes, a number of the high end fashion brands you’d hope to see there will be.

Apparently there’s going to be a Louis Vuitton pop up at Adelaide Central Plaza. I expect there’ll be a permanent store in the CBD and Burnside soon.

Zara’s had its eye on the current Woolworths Rundle Mall spot for a while and Woolworths has been looking for a new CBD location. I wouldn’t be surprised if Woolies went to the new Charter Hall development on King William St and Zara moved in.

I understand why this has been labelled a Vision in context of this site's classifications, but it's a lot further advanced than that. A lot of work has gone into it, including in respect of settling on a height that is expected to obtain all necessary approvals.
