Lift core box has almost been completely removed. Building looks smaller without it now.

Only disappointment with this building is the Western side wall. Looks terrible at the moment driving in from the West. What is the finished product for this wall?

Yep, word on the street is a structural issue.

Apparently a scissor lift hit into a structural column down in the basement last week and over the weekend that column showed further damage.

Site is shutdown until further notice. (advised yesterday)
