[COM] Re: SkyCity Adelaide Casino Expansion | 55m | 12 Levels | Hotel
Love the curves, the finished product will look great and bring a whole new hub of activity and interest but can't help but feel it's a lost opportunity in terms of an iconic tower in this space, imagine that building but all the way up to the 120m - 140m mark, to then be complimented by the Walker ...

Yeah looks like they've chopped out some of the cinema, it probably is too big as it is. Probably a relocated bowland or leisure centre. Even a gym perhaps.

[PRO] Re: Westfield Marion (Extension)
Yeah I think H&M and Zara would be 2 of them, other 2 I would guess Sephora and JD Sports who would want to expand to SA, plus relocation for JB Hi Fi and Best and Less. Outdoor Dining area similar to TTP also, probably matching the formula there since it seems to be doing well. Lot of licensed ...

[PRO] Re: Westfield Marion (Extension)
Brainstorming a list of what I think Marion is missing, would bring it up to standard with those big malls in Melbourne and Sydney. Some of these stores in a long-talked about upcoming development would be great H&M JD Sports Uniqlo Vans Superdry Culture Kings Under Armour Sephora Apple Lululemo...

Yeh that Stirling one looks epic, TTP does seem to pale in comparison, much smaller scale development I guess

Re: [PRO] 147 Brebner Dr, West Lakes | 27m | 7 Levels | Res
Looks good, would add more vibrancy and activity to the lake front and there's demand and growth in the area with the C&G development.
How can they oppose when there's the x2 7 story buildings next door, and the 7 - 8 story building down the road (Infinity Waters)?

How exciting, fingers crossed for this one.
Would love a few metres added to round it at 140m
Then again, anything taller and better than the below is a win. Design has to be spot on.

[U/C] Re: Tea Tree Plaza Upgrade | $190m
Cheers guys. Given the progress of this one shouldn't be too long hopefully until we see this U/C with the bigger Plaza/Plus connection project. I'm following the Scentre Group projects, they're investing $1 billion in their 3 WA centres so seems like they're spending on as many assets as they can t...
