Re: #PRO: St. Clair (Woodville/Cheltenham) - $500m
Is there any link with the TOD site being proposed on the park rather than the Actil site, due to the rail Grange rail spur diverting before reaching Actil?

Re: #Vision: New Inner-City Stadium
 How many times do I need to repeat this? The Railyard site isn't big enough. Is this your professional analysis or your 5 minute computer fix up? exactly what I've been thinking. What makes your opinion more credible than anyone else who says it is big enough? With all the plans of bui...

Re: Liberal plan for world-class stadium entertainment precinct

Re: The Terraces - Goodwood
What.the.hell....is going on with this site? I swear I have never seen a project of such small size take so long. It has looked the exact same way for a good 6 months now I reckon. Any news as to why it has taken so long? haha just what I was thinking. The only progress on this site lately is a lar...

[COM] Re: 41-55 K W ST - Another Hotel
I would really love to see the brown building demolished and made way for a lively public plaza with a few eateries. Being in between two heritage buildings, the Treasury and the CML it would be just the perfect place to get away for a lunch break and take in the surrounds of the old and the new. A...
