Ok My understanding Refer to the BCA. It is to do with the FSF- Fire source features. If you build on the boundary and there is the potential for another building also to be built on an adjoining block, that is also on the boundary, having windows on the face is a weak point for fire spread, and dep...

No Pistols Needed.
Its 14 Levels at the rear and 8 at the front. Absolutely guarantee that.
Hindley Street face is currently at level 4, then will step back in at level 6, then again at level 7.
The rear tower is currently at level 8/9 of 14.

It's an older crane, a Favell Favco M380D, last time we saw one of this size was on CC1. I was there for a little while on Saturday while they were assembling the boom. Nice blokes to talk to. According to one of them, they'll hopefully be erecting the BH crane at the gallery site this weekend. Som...

Yeah I was in the city last night aswell, and yeah its massive. Is it the crane that was used for SA Water? No different crane. This has been supplied by LCR Lindores, it look likes a heavy lifter. For all the crane freaks check this link out. http://www.lcrgroup.com.au/zone_files/Media/climbtowerc...

If you look at; - the size of the site, - 2 truck mounted piling rigs, - 1 mobile crane, - 25 ton excavator, - No doubt a degree of latent conditions, - Not forgetting the condition of the site after demo as there was still some degree of footings left behind and uneven levels - 1 way site access - ...

Could it be something to do with availability? The crane used here is hired from Bianco's. It it one of 2 they have available for hire. This one is 45m (i think) and the other one is around the 30m mark. Are you sure about this? if you actually look at the crane you will see the names Morrow(Crane ...
