[U/C] Re: #ONH: Tea Tree Plaza Upgrade | $190m | 108,269sqm
Doubt it would be anything to do with the upgrade, since the upgrade will not really affect that side of Tea Tree Plus as far as I can tell. Woolworths could move to Cheap as Chips. Space would then be free to connect in TTP to TT+ From what I understand they can't join the two until Woolworths move.

I believe wireless eftpos payment systems exist. Plug into 240v and away you go! might be too expensive an option for stall owners who only sell trinkets... I did suggest that to the stall owner. You can even get battery powered ones. But yeah, way too expensive for them. It just limits them and gi...

Re: Adelaide Airport & Airline News
Its sad to hear that Adeaide is still considered a sleepy city and one that is hampered by its airport curfew.... :wallbash: Considered because its fact. We need the people who have bought a house next to the airport to realise they bought a house next to the airport. I don't complain that cars dri...

[COM] Re: #PRO - Brickworks Market Redevelopment
I miss the old markets. They just aren't what they used to be. It would be good if they can revitalise the area which would get more people into the area and more people to the market. They all just seem dead these days and they sell so much rubbish. Another issue I see is that I wanted to pay by ca...

Re: Adelaide's empty buildings
I often spend my lunches walking around the city. I make a point of taking back streets that I have never been down. There are so many small buildings and patches of land that are just not used. I have always wondered who owned them and why no one ever did anything with them. At one stage I was thin...

Re: Bahrain Three Giant Turbines / Skyscraper turned on
Saw a doco on this building on Foxtel a few days ago. It looks cool. Can only provide 15% of the buildings power but its a start. The shape of the building actually tunnels wind from up to a 45 degree angle and accelerates it over the turbines. Even though they addressed all the problems of the 'bri...
