Are our planning regs different to other capitals in regards to this sort of thing? Perhaps the regulations should be modelled after...

But they are building the supermarket on the site now. They’re not going to build something on it for a few months or even years and demolish it?
Is it possible the supermarket could be designed for future development on top of it?

This is what all our parklands will look like eventually. The anti-colonialists prefer the unkept Australian scrub look to the manicured European garden look.
It’s beautiful isn’t it, abc? Maybe one day we could have a Sensational Adelaide picnic there.

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide City Council

ACC Councillor Henry Davis had to be suspended from a recent council meeting when the Hutt Street upgrade was being discussed. As is predictable in Adelaide's Big Country Town Mentality, it is unfortunately going to be a clash of ideals (pro-car vs pro-pedestrian) rather than facts or proven scienc...

Mali has nailed SA's future to AUKUS and the US warhawks we can't manufacture anything else because of energy prices however like WWII our isolated location while also in a strategic region for US's plans for war with China make the manufacture of heavy arms viable. https://static.ffx.io/images/$wi...

This time I'm providing no comment regarding the Viny drama, I will say rev is right and it seems abc's friends from interstate are a bit touchy right now. Oh well. I agree there's been some shoddy decisions and major conflicts of interest (see Lot 14's BAE HQ and Riverlea). It's just funny that Lo...

dude, i was so looking forward to that big tower  (I think I speak in behalf of everyone on that view)
I liked it because the design was interesting, the fact that it was fairly "big" was a bonus.
