Maybe they are also demolishing the existing bridge as the corridor it uses might be a more cost-effective location to install the rail bridge for the eventual Aldinga rail line extension, instead of creating space for a new bridge in a different place along Pedlar Creek.

JB Hi-Fi looks to be moving into at least some of the space where the old Best-n-Less store and Bowland used to be. Not sure of the rest as of yet.

One thing that's glaringly absent from the nWCH proposal is public transport. The concepts released last year already have a conveniently-located overpass above the wide, straight rail corridor next to the nWCH, why not take advantage of it?
