I was just reading about the new studio on the ABC website. How good would it be if they had this kind of set up here, with the view out the window either being across the city towards the hills, or over the river/oval and up towards North Adelaide (if situated up high in Tower 2) or (to keep it ...

What’s more sad is there are j real big delvopmente on the horizon.
I was told the SA economy is one of the best in Aus atm. Where’s the development to back that up? Isn’t there a housing crisis? Apartment city living would be great about now

There are plenty of new projects in Melbounre that have been progressivley opened while still under construction - all 4 towers (50-78 stories) in the Westside project (corner of Spencer St & Lonsdale St), Australia 101 in south Melbourne, Town Hall and State Library underground railway stations ...

[PRO] Re: North Adelaide Golf Course Upgrade | ~$50m
I think some kind of permanent fencing could be okay if done correctly and kept open 99.99% of the time. Something akin to the fencing around the Botanic Gardens, that restricts access from every direction and directs people onto formed pathways, but with openings at regular intervals.
If the ...

You realise how tall this is right… construction hasn’t started yet and they want it open by 2027. My thoughts are it’ll partly open by that time.
they're not going to open it while its still under construction
that would violate so many local laws
The Cullilan has been progressively ...

Approved by the SCAP - the total demise of a wonderful idea and opportunity for KWS, into this :(
Calling it: This is probably the biggest disappointment since 20-22 Currie St, if not, of all sensational-adelaide's history. Wow!
Nah, there was a big bronze 150m skyscraper proposed for the ...

[SWP] Re: Lot 14 (Old RAH Site)
My preference is still for the West End because that area desperately needs regeneration but these are not bad ideas. Could potentially be combined with the long overdue concert hall — which I think would be better sited with the Festival Centre, but you could fit here along with a corresponding ...

What mic is saying isn’t a pipe dream. The building could partly open in 2027. Doesn’t have to be fully open to be functional.

I think Ben's comment was meant to be tongue in cheek in that construction would have to start by end of the month to be finished in 2027 :P
Correct haha no way a building that big will be done by the end of 2027. Maybe if synergy construct get the contract 😂
