Hi Guys,
Please forgive me for spamming this awesome forum, which i have been visiting for a few years now from both Perth and Adelaide, however given the number of forum members that would be well placed within the Adelaide property/construction industry I thought why not highlight who I am (you may even know me already), what I do and register my interest in providing consulting project management (client side) services should an opportunity arise.
I have just recently stepped out on my own to form a young consulting project management company by the name of Carrick Project Management (CPM) which specialises in the delivery of retail/commercial/educational construction projects from concept to expiry of DLP to the value of $10m (keeping it small at this stage).
Prior to establishing CPM I worked for one of Australia's top 4 contractors, a Property Developer and until recently - a well regarded consulting project management firm based in Adelaide.
I have personally delivered over 30x different projects totaling appx $40m to over the last 4 years proving my capability.
I am currently managing the delivery of multiple new specialty shop retail outlets for a prominent Adelaide based retailer which is going really well and I am already saving my Client plenty of time and money, however I do have spare capacity to take on more work for similar retail/commercial clients.
Anyways... as you can imagine it can be tough finding new clients and therefore I would be greatly appreciative if anyone reads this might have a lead on a friend or professional acquaintance that could use a diligent project manager to deliver any kind of project, flick me a private message.
A carton of beer reward for any successful connection
Thanks Guys,
Sean Carrick

Re: ROI Consulting Project Management
A builder friend of mine is looking for a foreman. Mawson Lakes style of residential development work. Not sure if this suits or not. PM me if interested.
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.
