How it looks from the Morphett/Grote intersection.

I really really want either apartment 607 or 608, they have the large roof terrace balcony. Would love it. Someone emailed me the floor plan at work on Saturday and Ive been day dreaming about it ever sinceParadisoShlee wrote:I've brought one of these apartments and the finance has been completed recently. There have been a number of delays, most of the documentation has the handover in june but this has obviously slipped a tiny bit.. Apparently the building is being handed over from the builder next week and people should start moving into early August.
I'm looking forward to it. The Bedrooms have a nice depth of them and the sucker is NBN cabled

Nice pic. I hope the second stage is at least another 20 metres taller to break up that flat pancake look.

nice pic and a nice view from this angle but would be an even nicer view if it was blocked by a new 15+ on that corner.

Agreed, 608 has the best floorplan, however the lack of sunlight would be very annoyingjk1237 wrote:I really really want either apartment 607 or 608, they have the large roof terrace balcony. Sadly you've missed out on receiving the stamp duty bonus.
The building is looking great. The apartments are split between investment, NRAS and live ins.
I was asked "If you had any info about the apartments that swayed your decision to buy." - The build quality was nice and space of the rooms was the major draw. Included kitchen appliances was smeg or similar. The construction being financed by the Housing trust *newbie*.

A couple from closer up:

Have to say I think it looks better than it does from a distance, has more of a quality feel to it IMO. I like how the base/entrance has been kept fairly open so you don't get the concrete wall effect of some other buildings.

Anyone else wondering why there's a golden chilli pepper above the main entrance?
Also, I think this turned out much better than expected.

Its a great looking residential development for Adelaide, much better than the cheap look of many apartment towers being built in Brisbane over the last 5 years.

waiting, waiting, waiting.
I've had so many 'settlement dates' its hard to keep track.
I used Bertrams Conveyancing, Tammy Kent, and she's been great. Really keen and pushing for me.
Only thing holding me up is mortgage broker filled in wrong forms for the first home owners grant and the blame is getting thrown between, not actually getting anywhere!
I think its turned out great. love the copper wave sculpture on the side, so unexpected!
