That site has a very narrow frontage, so It will probably fill the whole lot back to Dawkins Place. It will be interesting to see the proposed building in view of this.

I suggest that they've bought that entire corner including 242-244, 248, 250 and possibly even 256. Since they are calling the building "250"; the existing building that sits across 242-248 is labelled 248; and the building on 250 & 256 share a common wall.
Or maybe not at less than 4 apartments per floor...
Exit on the right in the direction of travel.

I'm thinking the cost for this must be below $10m for it to show in the ACC Dev Register as they don't usually anymore.

Cost of this development is only $9m works out to $180,000 per apartment - bet they don't sell for anywhere near that.

$9M for 14 levels sounds way under.

Is this project "Flinders Loft" or is that further east?

Flinders Loft is further east, basically next door to the Soho (which is going to lose a lot of its city views when/if this proceeds).

ACC are expected to grant approval at Monday's meeting. The height is roughly 40m and has ground floor retail.
The facade is covered in Art work and the aprtment building is called "ART".

A friend of mine told me that they have already sold 22 out of the 50 apartments, and the developer is looking to submit a new plan to increase the height of the building.

This end of Flinders seems to attract very nice developments. Looking forward to this rising above the east.

Seems like they're all by the same developer (this one included):
http://www.guavalime.com.au
Obviously they see potential for that area of the city.
