I was having a closer look at those documents, and the current proposal is for a 16 level building of 50m height.Ben wrote:The ACC are recommended to grant approval to them amendment bringing the height to 49.9m to top of lift and 13 levels.

The 13 level figure refers to the previous proposal from earlier this year, which rose to 40m.

Seems the council are back to their old tricks. this was defferred according to Clr Plumridge's newsletter.
This developer really should have just relodged under the new planning guidelines a few years back when they were first announced.

This deferal was prompted by the recent heritage lsiting of the building at 383 KWS.Ben wrote:Seems the council are back to their old tricks. this was defferred according to Clr Plumridge's newsletter.

The ACC simply wanted a heritgae impact assessment regarding how this development would impact upon the newly-listed heritgae listed building.
Thankfull the heritage impact report states that the impact of this development is minimal, and hence at its upcoming meeting on July 2, the ACC is expected to grant planning APPROVAL to this development.
