Distance shot from south (the workers out in force on this one today)...

Great shots phenom! Please don't hesitate to take more from that position, a great outlook over the city from the south.
This and 70 Franklin are having a great impact on this side of the CBD. A side of the city that has been neglected for too many decades.

Being able to sell 20 would be an excellent achievement for 12 Rowlands, considering that their starting price is over $400k and $600k for 1 and 2 bedrooms respectively.
Looks like some people are still showing confidence to the Adelaide CBD apartment market.

How long until that Chemist Warehouse and supermarket make way for a complementary building, I wonder?
[COM] Re: U/C: 12-14 Rowlands Place| 55M | 16lvls | Res
i'm quite certain that the supermarket in the photo has only just opened, it was formerly known as lien heng supermarket which was driven out of the central markets by the local council.Omicron wrote:How long until that Chemist Warehouse and supermarket make way for a complementary building, I wonder?

I quite like this building. Looks handsome from most perspectives, something Adelaide developments rarely achieve.
