Went through today, seems like they've got a clamp or something at the gap above Grand Junction Road. Got a photo while I was stopped at the lights.

I am unsure what that piece of plywood's purpose is here though...

And they've also taken the scaffolding away from the northern end's piers. It's slowly starting to take shape up there as well.
Looking forward to a free-flowing Adelaide!

Those clamps are there to allow the filling in of the expansion gap in the span... not sure what the plywood is doing though!

Great video. :applause:

It's almost gives the feel of actually driving down it.

The scale of the Superway is impressive, but I do wonder what will be said about it in terms of visual amenity in, say, 10 years. Upon completion, it might need a paint job to spruce it up a little.

Yes that's how Norman drives - "almost". ;)

Just jokes, good video, Norman. Would it be self incriminating if I asked how you were holding the camera?
Exit on the right in the direction of travel.

The October project update is available and the detours are getting fancier.

It's a GoPro, it gets attached to the window with a suction cup :)

An awesome project for this state. Would love to see this extended the entire length to junction with Southern Expressway.

Awaits howls of outrage

I hope you've got your fair share of the tax dollars required to do it.

Have the walls of Parkside Mental Asylum been lined with gold ?

I've been wondering this for a bit now..are there going to be any off/on ramps?
I haven't looked too much into documents on it, but from the renders, I can't seem to make any out..
Surely around Grand Junction road there will be?
