Trims has closed at Marion. Sad day for a South Australian retailer. Quite a large store - not sure what will be filling it.

Sad news though I must admit I haven't shopped at Trims in years.

Maybe JB Hifi will relocate there or possibly a new retailer to Adelaide... Topshop?

JB Hifi have a space inside the mall, I don't see them relocating outside of it.

I think the shopping centre's trying to free up JB's spot for a fashion retailer as that end of the mall's a bit of a fashion strip.

The trims location would be good for JB's, if it would fit, as it would allow it to open later and make use of the movie crowds like Sanity did when it was going ok.

Continuing with the more upmarket "feel" Endota will be opening before Christmas. Not too sure where yet.

Good replacement, Marion is starting to get some good brands, When and if the store gets the major revamp, i can see it gain some even better brands.

I'm unsure if this has started already or in the pre construction stages. The entire mall between Myer and David Jones is being refurbished with a new roof and Wood feature and flooring. Also they have ripped out part of the roof in the food court, above centre stage and the Target mall.

Also BraceGirdles is opening soon in the David Jones mall.

I walked past the store on Wednesday and it had signage stating it was opening early this month. Oh well... lol
