I'm really liking the glass on this development. Will look great from the East and North once complete.

I think it looks a little odd personally, but will reserve judgement until it's completed.

I think there is abit too much going on, Faux sandstone stuff, + Nice sexy blue glazing with silver, then crap brown glass on the Rundle Facade, shiny black panels on Grenfell. Probably more to come aswell.

I think its just me but I would have thought there would have been a bit more development in the Rundle Mall retail side of things. There hasn't been anything new for a few weeks, since they put glass in the 2nd level - hurry up now
and are we definitely getting an Apple store?

I couldn't care less personally about an Apple store as there's loads of places to buy Apple products in Adelaide already, and I wouldn't buy their products anyway. I agree things seem to have slowed down somewhat and would have thought with a bit of effort they could have had the centre open before Christmas.

I notice that they've been busy with internal construction. There was a new suspended ceiling going in last week. So it may just be your perspective that has seen nothing happening.

Great coup for Adelaide and sounds like a lot of new retailers to not just Adelaide but Australia.
Point Zero confirmed for Australia

Three Canadian retailers will make their Australian debut in Adelaide next year, as part of the city’s $385 million Rundle Place retail redevelopment.
Fast fashion chain, Point Zero, teen brand Joshua Perests, and lingerie retailer, Le Vie en Rose, will open next year at Rundle Place, the former iconic Harris Scarfe site currently under construction in Rundle Mall.
Point Zero has more than 35 stores across Canada, 920 shop in shops in department stores at Dillard’s, Macy’s, Bay, and Sears, and has opened franchises in Central and South America and the Middle East. Joshua Perests also has 35 stores in Canada.
La Vie en Rose targets women 25 to 54 and has 165 boutiques in Canada. La Vie en Rose also has stores in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, with a total of 50 international outlets.
The new Rundle Place house four stories of retail anchored by Coles, Harris Scarfe and 70 specialty stores.
The purchase of the adjoining car park by the developers provides 500 casual car parking spaces and 100 pre-leased car spaces that will directly link to each level of the retail centre.
“The centre is now 95 per cent leased and interest continues to be strong. Over the coming weeks we will be able to release more exciting international names who have decided to make Rundle Place their home," said Ilona Rose, project leasing manager for Rundle Place.

Apple may finally be close to opening an Adelaide store - its first direct SA presence - according to web reports
TECH giant Apple appears to be preparing to open a new stand-alone store in Adelaide, according to reports.
Technology website Gizmodo this morning published an article headed "Apple Is Finally Opening An Adelaide Store".
According to the report, Apple this morning posted a number of job ads for a new Adelaide-based outlet.
The Gizmodo story links to the jobs.apple.com website, which shows 13 results on a search for Adelaide, South Australia.
Jobs on offer include Business Leader, Business Manager, Business Specialist and Solution Engineer.
It also lists a placement for the Apple Store Leader Program, which is set to start globally in September 2013.
The job descriptions mention positions are available at a retail store in Australia, but don't mention Adelaide specifically.
In April this year, The Sunday Mail reported on the existence of designs for a Rundle Mall shopfront, widely believed to be the location for Apple's first stand-alone Adelaide store.
However, Apple refused to comment at the time.
