[COM] Re: SWP: 377 - 379 King William St | 50m | 16 lvls | Apartme
That side of King William St needs some high rise. Is it all apartments or will it be mixed use? Great picture by the way.

Is there a reason they've left the whole front wall on the building, but everything else is gone and they've started the piping? Seems like some pointless extra effort there supporting that wall.
Looking forward to a free-flowing Adelaide!

They're keeping the building facade, check out the building render on page one of this thread.neoballmon wrote:Is there a reason they've left the whole front wall on the building, but everything else is gone and they've started the piping? Yes those foundations and the start of support columns went in ages ago, then nothing. Perhaps work has stalled over the Xmas break?Pikey wrote:Actually, this site hasn't seen any movement for a while now.... hrmmm.

I saw some workers on site friday last week, so maybe work has started again?!

I go past this ite every wednesday and it is progressing albeit at a very slow pace. 2 weeks ago they removed the scafolding for the level 1 pillons. I don't see any possible location for a crane base though unless they will be using adjourning land.

Thanks. Thats an interesting concept but if it ends up looking like the render, should blend in well and like very nice!Nort wrote:They're keeping the building facade, check out the building render on page one of this thread.neoballmon wrote:Is there a reason they've left the whole front wall on the building, but everything else is gone and they've started the piping?
