i like the bakeries found throughout the fleurieu peninsula - whats that chain called? anyone know?

I dont like Vili's, I prefer Balfours myself. Again, I dont like pies either. So lol, not much point in throwing in my 2c worth here.

Went down for some pies and goodness at St Georges Bakery today. Delicious.

I agree about some of the smaller bakeries, but homemade pies and pasties are the best. At least you know what's in them! :roll:

Do you mean Prices? The cornish pasties at the Prices bakery on the main street of Wallaroo are the best.

If we're going on about private bakery's then the bakery in Yorketown is fantastic but then again most along the yorke Pennisula are. Not to mention they have fantastic customer service which is very rare these days.
