Shows office buildings can still be constructed without a single elevation having a blank wall in Adelaide! Something that's very rare these days.
If only the building had a few more floors height to make it stand out more in that location.
The link with the Santos building is interesting and reinforces the recent Santos office lease news. Maybe Santos could also end up linking into a new office to be constructed on the former Planet site to the north one day in the future? Hopefully a much taller building than the one proposed a few years back.

Interesting to note that this building will have a skybridge on level 6, connecting it to the Santos HQ.

This project reminds me a lot of the site for the failed Hills Headquarters in many aspects, same size building, similar design, same architects, same level of pre commitment... hope the fate is not the same.

Wouldn't think so. People's Choice and Santos are in far better shape than Hills was (and is now).

I thought HIlls was taking the whole building - rather than a small %.

Well my memory of 20-25% pre commitment for the Hills development was close, it was 30% (see quote from that thread below).
Talk about boom time pre commitments, no wonder that proposal got canned as a result of the GFC.
This is a totally different situation with 75% pre commitment, it should proceed providing the economy continues to stabilise.
