I think I am like everyone on this site anxiously awaiting renders for this project. It is about time they looked at those sites as they are SO underutilised ATM.

I think I heard the Mayor mention on FiveAA this morning that this will be presented to council tonight.

I could be wrong as I was only semi-concious at the time.....

You are referring to the 42-56 Franklin Street office development. That development will be voted upon tonight, and the recommendation to the council is for them to approve it.

In regard to this development, an apllication has not been made to the council as of yet.

Excellent!

Would this mean it could be still in the developmental stage? Maybe so.

This development is going to further enhance the changing face of Waymouth Street.

I love the new look, though more work is needed around the Light Square end.

Nice find Ho Really. I would like to know what your source is, but I understand if you can't reveal it.

I'm going to put this one in the Projects List as a Vision for now, since it hasn't been put to the ACC yet and the developer and architect is not yet known. Sounds like the number crunchers are still going over it.

The glass canopy sounds interesting!

Ho Really, I was wondering if you could disclose any more information on this project yet.

Unfortunately there's nothing else I can divulge as already stated. Sorry. I can only speculate they are still working out the costings. Hopefully it will go ahead. It doesn't seem to be a bad development IMO.

Cheers
