May be. According to their website, $26 million has been sold, that doesn't quite go hand in hand with the 34 out of 259 apartments, unless of course the apartment's average price is over $750,000.

By the way, I think the developer is reading this forum, what is the chance of getting an update in their website within 24 hours after someone in here mentioned that their site have not been updated for over 6 months.

They have also updated their website. The sold apartment number has gone up from 34 to 59.

The website has been updated again. The number of apartments sold has gone up by a few. Also, it says that more than $45 million of apartments have been reserved. How much of that is true, who knows!

Funny how the launch date for this and the New Mayfield are the same.

It is easy to find out if it is true or not.

Call one of the agent and tell him you want to buy one of the "reserved" apartments, tell them you will pay deposit immediately.

If they will sell it to you, then you know that the original reservation is fake.
