Although that part about the coffee machine is also ridiculous.
Is is a chinese coffee machine ?
Apparently, someone on their YouTube video also asked the same question.
And, here is the answer from the developer.
"A full tower professional version Nespresso coffee machine will be installed on the ground floor lobby."
"A total of 6 coffee favors are available from the tower dispenser. 3 of them would? be in Espresso (ie. 40 ml) while another 3 would be in Lungo (ie. 110 ml)."
"Milk is available to create cappuccino, caffe latte or any other milked coffee if that is what you prefer."

And how much are they charging per apartment?

No what they mean - not that I'm sure why everyone is making such a big deal out of it, but it is a "corporate" nespresso machine. We have one at work. They are worth about $20,000 to buy or $1000 PM to lease over 24 months. They make good coffee for a machine.

So..just got this.
Believing the unbelievable. After two months of extensive 1-to-1 marketing and showcases for Central Adelaide Apartments, we are proud to announce that 135 apartments are SOLD with total value of $61,017,350
We are glad to announce that we have over-achieved our pre-sale target and the developer is confident that the building work of Central Adelaide Apartment is expected to commence in March 2014 and complete in Sept 2015 on schedule. Thank you for all of your support.
According to the developer, the showroom of Central Adelaide Apartment will be ready by end of the year right opposite the building site. A virtual walk-in display for each unit at your selection will be provided to give you a vivid experience and visualisation of the building finishes and living ambiance.

Regarding the You tube comments I can't believe that the people behind the development have answered the questions
about the coffee machine. Don't they realise that the people asking the questions are joking around.

Well they deleted the first few coffee machine comments, I guess they just decided to go with it.

You guys totally lost interest in development and construction? Joke?
This is an excellent outcome that could transform that part of the city.

That's a good point, we should be positive about this development.
But still mentioning a coffee machine in a video like that is ridiculous.
The idea of a private cinema is interesting, I guess the only problem with that
is that you have to share it with all the other people in the building.

I'm more concerned about their response about the safety of the pool now than the coffee machine.
You mean fall off the edge of the building, right?
No, you wouldn't? unless of course you are determined to commit suicide.
That might well be the case, but surely one of the basic rules of selling apartments (or anything for that matter) is "don't mention suicide".
Also, comparing it to the pool at Marina Bay Sands...

Hi all, long time fan - first time poster!! =)
What i was wondering is ... looking at the website, where is the pool and gym actually located?
I'm weighing up spending 360k on a 2BD in CBD or something else that's currently available like Newmayfield, Art, UNO, Aria, Vision, Ergo, Shannon pl, Rowland pl... (anything else I missed ... i think another poster listed the 5 developments that are going on right now).... so basically getting something cheaper and paying $500-600 a year for 24x7 access to a gym like AnytimeFitness ... or spending an extra 50-70k more on the Central Adelaide ... what do you guys think?

Actually now that i think of it ... at $600 per year, I'd get gym membership to last 100 years ... on 60k difference ...
Brain failure ... I got sucked in by the pretty picture ....
Why dont all new apartments showcase their gym and pool!? =P
