I don't see how there can be anything of that left in the current façade as the current is mostly glass.
As for this...

That's certainly no longer there in any form.

In what might be a sign that this one could be progressing soon, all the furniture and other contents of the building are going for auction on the 20th May. It appears all floors are included.

Looks like PCCU are temporarily across the road to the old music store? Once this happens I would say it's time for demolition

I'm in the Santos building next door, and there are certainly signs of activity on this site. There were some surveyors in the back carpark, making secret surveyor spraypaint marks on the asphalt and pointing at things. The latest rumour from here is that the bridge between 60 Flinders and our floors leased in the new place has been deleted from the plans. I can only hope this means my suggestion of a flying fox to go between the buildings has been accepted

Not sure if this has been reported on here, but it appears that Hansen Yuncken will be building this one.

I think work will start on this ASAP. Credit u ion moved last week and ACC were moving the lanes and median strip over to the south side today.

This is great news for Adelaide and SA, some more private sector activity in addition to all the gov work on the go, with the Ibis hotel, 377 King William, 50 Flinders, 176 Morphett, and Aria on Gouger all started we are in somewhat a boom. This must be one of the most progressive periods in Adelaide's history.

Agreed. I have been closely tracking Adelaide's development since the 70's - this is by far the greatest amount of construction that has ever happened at the same time, albeit extensively government funded. The private sector still forms enough of the development to feel that Adelaide is doing OK.

I belive this aticle is in relation to this development. I don't have subscription access though. I went to enquire about subscribing and found out its $59 a month for digital only. WTF! I guess they can get away with it as a lot of businesses will pay for their employees.

Finally underway after many years of effort.
Great achievement by the Developer and now funded by Cbus.
Now fully funded and proceeding as we speak!
Despite the negative efforts of ACC and the usual Sensational Adelaide set this is happening without Pruzinski!!
Amazing!

Hasn't it only been only two years?

What negative efforts? Are we not aware of something?

Project has had 9 years gestation!
I think this is normal for many projects in Adelaide.
But who's complaining?

Round. I assume you have some affiliation with JPE. Do you know any info about the way mouth street project that has to start by the end of the year?
