Still rising steadily, haven't got any photos unfortunately.

No. Wrong building.
This has gone dead. Not really sure what happened to this one. Site still cleared but vacant.

Tangcheng have recently closed their office/showroom on West Tce, so i'm a bit worried about this one and the Waymouth St site they had too.
[U/C] Re: SWP: 399 King William Street | 48m | 15lvls | Apartments
I'm not sure if this is totally lost as its being used as site access for 379 KWS Quest. The property in Gilbert behind recently sold and has from what I understand short term tenant in there ... Might be some movement once the bulk of quest is up and the crane is down as site access is very limited .... I could well be wrong to that's happened before

You're worried about the Tangcheng proposals?Brando wrote:Tangcheng have recently closed their office/showroom on West Tce, so i'm a bit worried about this one and the Waymouth St site they had too.
You have got to be kidding me. All I can say is thank bloody god. They're all awful designs. I'd rather Tangcheng stay out of Adelaide altogether and take their shitty proposals someplace else., or better yet do the world a favour - not at all.

399 KWS couldn't give a rats about. Never liked it, but the Waymouth proposal looked good and would have been a welcome addition to build up that end of Waymouth.[Shuz] wrote:You're worried about the Tangcheng proposals?Brando wrote:Tangcheng have recently closed their office/showroom on West Tce, so i'm a bit worried about this one and the Waymouth St site they had too.

Although perhaps their designs lacked glamour at least they were developing sites ... I certainly wouldn't comment on 379 KWS being a "beautiful" design but I do believe we can have a good blend of stock economically viable and visually stunning buildings and Tancheng certainly have contributed to the skyline

Couldn't agree more with you, Shuz.
What contribution? None of their projects got off the ground! If there is demand, someone else will build them.DaveAdl wrote:Although perhaps their designs lacked glamour at least they were developing sites ... I might be mistaken will confirm tomorrow but Forme Projex installed signage to the recently vacated exhaust building ... To be confirmed
[U/C] Re: SWP: 399 King William Street | 48m | 15lvls | Apartments
Yes, they were the purchasers when the building was up for sale, but there was a long settlement. There was a lease that was in place to the builders for the building on the corner to use as a site office. The timing is probably about right for them to have now settled and the lease to be finishing so no maybe they are getting ready to build some more apartments like the other Forme Projex development further down Gilbert Street.DaveAdl wrote:I might be mistaken will confirm tomorrow but Forme Projex installed signage to the recently vacated exhaust building ... The Forme Projex apartment building (6 levels) - which will be on Gilbert St next to all their other recent developments - has been covered in either the CBD general or low-rise CBD thread. ACC approved but noted it was LOWER than policy height for this area.
They have also lodged plans to build a 5 level on the property currently being used as a gym.
So, heading towards KWS on Gilbert St there will be (presumably) a 4 storey, another 4 storey, a 5 storey and a 6 storey development all undertaken by FP.
This is a render from their advert:
Mods: Might be worth shifting these comments to one of the other threads?
