[COM] 413 KWS Vue on King William | 89m | 28Lvl | Residential
[COM] Re: APP: 413 King William St | 86m | 27Lvls | Residential
I don't want to be negative but seriously marketing to begin in May and site works in July.
Honestly what are the chances of it beginning in July ?

Siteworks could mean erecting fencing/hoardings around the site and minor earthmoving, not necessarily anything more.ghs wrote:I don't want to be negative but seriously marketing to being in May and site works in July.

yes true, but still they have written that to indicate that development will start in July

I'd be absolutely amazed (but delighted) if they started serious building work in July. I'll believe it when I see it.ghs wrote:yes true, but still they have written that to indicate that development will start in July

Isn't the free stamp duty for CBD apartments incentive ending on 30th June 2014? In that case wouldn't it make sense for the developer to start marketing & selling the apartments even before May to maximize sales??

It really depends on who is funding it. It might not be banks.ghs wrote:I don't want to be negative but seriously marketing to being in May and site works in July.

Also, the developer might have the balls (and money) to get it out the ground in the hope that people, seeing it has been built starting laying down deposits

A render from another developer's website (not Asian Pacific Group) ... not sure if the companies are linked?

I believe they are in some way, I recall the name starfish..
Also something that's been bugging me about this one, is the perspective. I don't know if it's just the renders or my eye sight, but especially in that last render the bottom bit of the 'tower' the sections appear to be on an angle, where as the top bits look like they are straight. Or maybe that's how it's intended to be?

If you pay close attention, you'll see that a lot of renders are created with a weird perspective. Not sure what the rationale is. Seems a bit sneaky.rev wrote:I believe they are in some way, I recall the name starfish..

Love this tower so much. Hoping they stick to that render, because it's very classy... or should I say 'world class'
