So in order to keep my street credentials do i now need to stop bringing back Krispy Kremes from interstate and now go to Costco and show off the 5 kilometres of toilet paper i got for 10 bucks when i get back to Adelaide?

And people thought putting a box of doughnuts in the over-head locker was bad......

You could if that is what floats your boat. But Costco will be opening in Adelaide in the next few months, so you may then need to find yet another reason to go to Melbourne........ well Crown Casino is one I suppose.

They are just quotation marks. Sorry but there are many worse things out there in the online world. I wasn't spamming or insulting other members, just having a little bit of harmless fun, so chill out!

Also they are not for emphasis. They are to show that I am very well aware that I am using the incorrect spelling. I did so as a spoof of the article in the Advertiser referred to earlier in this thread, as others have done also. As I said, just a bit of fun.
Did I really need to add a smiley to indicate I was "joking"?
If you were joking then sorry I took it seriously. However your post did not read as a joke to me, so I guess the answer is yes!

Pushie, you know I stand up for you, but it was a joke, dude. Not unlike my new sig. :D

With all this talk on the letter K, am I taking the joke too far with this?

Right then. Sorry if I was being over-sensitive. It's hard to know the subtle nuances of what someone's saying sometimes when it's just text.

Kan we now get back to k..... maybe not!

Apparently the lines are still huge - some 10 days after they've opened!

Some great pics Scooter Guy.

Looks like the lines are still an issue - the drive thru is closed again.

Sounds like the line ups were very long again on the weekend.

Anyway, I went to KK last night for the final time.

It took about 40 minutes to get through the drive through at about midnight last night. The
line up inside the store would not have been any quicker.

I bought the original donuts which I don't think taste that good. Too sweet in my opinion.

I also find it frustrating that it takes so long to get served. Both times I've been there I've noticed
the staff don't seem to be that worried about serving customers quickly.
