Not sure how well these will go, look at those prices. They seem a tad steep to me? $$

Signage is up on the corner of South Terrace and Hutt Street. It's called AUGUST TOWERS. Now selling.

Wrong development mate.

You mean this one:

http://www.sensational-adelaide.com/for ... f=7&t=4054

However, signage has also been erected outside this site as well!

I think there is some confusion between South Terrace Developments. This one is called 262 and no Mention of construction on realestate.com.au Maybe they were referring to August Towers? Citi apartments is also about to start.

It did say earlier in the week on realeastate.com.au that this
this was starting July 1. Maybe they've taken it off now the date
has past.

Walked by yesterday, didn't notice anything.

Could they refer to signing construction contracts ?

It's not clear but they definitely say construction began on 1 July 2015. There's not that many apartments in this one so it's plausible they sold enough to get it started.

I drove past today and couldn't see anything happening.

The signs on site said construction starting July 2015 rather then 1 July 2015.

There's not much going on at the moment but still it sounds promising.
