Has work started??!
There are fenced off areas near the Hungry Jacks side of TTP.
They have installed portable buildings also.

In terms of sustaining multiple developments, Westfield has to do both. They are in different regions of the metro area.
There are significant upgrades happening around the north, Parabanks, Churchill, Golden Grove, Parafield, along with a number of smaller ones.
TTP is ageing. It looks tired. It needs an upgrade along with a boost of new shops and parking.

I suggest there's going to be an extension to Coles!

Just went past the area again. The temporary fence has been replaced with a more permanent fence. The posts are all in the ground now.
The ramp to the roof is closed off on both sides. This is going to be a major disruption.

Does anyone have any official info about what has been approved for this area? I assume it is Aldi. But I would like to know what they are doing with that ramp area.

Is the roof top parking still accessible from the Smart Rd entrance? It would be interesting to see how the Aldi store looks in that area. Hopefully it won't be harder to find a park during the works.

Ramp 'tween Coles & Target is now coming down!

Wow. I was meant to see the full site while on the C1 coming back home. Ended up catching 560...
It will be funny when my dad tries to go on the roof top parking next time.

The roof top parking will be extended over onto the Aldi roof. It will replace the lost parking spaces.

However, 'tween the Aldi & rooftop parking over Coles is a creek.
So therefore the on-ramp will be replaced with a bridge adjoining the new & existing instead.

I don't know why, but the same happened with the ones in Rundle Mall. They closed for a week and reopened with Golden North staff.

Wendy franchises went into administration a few months back. The only ones that survived were on the run.... this happened not long after the OTR ones opened so not sure if its a coincidence or not.
