On a side note - has any work progressed on site? Or is it still more or less cleanup from Tagara?

There has been more excavation over the last week.

A concrete pump has been working on site near the southern basement area, but I cant see exactly what is being done.

Do they seriously have a sign up still saying construction commencing October 2014. How embarrassing.

I too saw the crane shown by Phenom. This crane was being used to install some precast concrete wall panels for the southern basement (stage 1)

Prefab cores taking place on tower 1. As you can see the two basement levels and half of the ground level has been accounted for already.

Cross bracing has been installed all over tower one's footprint.

Does anyone know if work is progressing at full steam ahead on this project? Still seems to be very very slow, i guess all the problems with Tagara must still be ongoing..

Yep, definately slow going. I'm just guessing that this is getting a little messy behind the scenes.

I heard they are being held up by SAPN and has nothing to do with Tagara fallout.
