If the new courts precinct ever eventuates that will fill the gap also, it's a prime location for a 150m+

They have the site closer to the law courts. It's a 2 level commercial building. There is a thread somewhere. It's possible this has been on sold though I haven't heard anything for over a year.

I'll happily take this elsewhere for discussion. But I just wanted to quickly point out in your first image just how genuinely shit the southern parklands look. How does having large parks around our city that look that awful encourage city living? Goddamn.

Great photos by the way! :D

Refer to Adelaide City Council thread. Recent post on park land feedback and plans. The people are revolting about the state of southern parklands. No surprise you'll agree I'm sure...
Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

Interesting to note how high the crane is allowed. Gives an indication as to how tall buildings in that part of the could be.

Having said that, I know that cranes are only allowed to penetration the PANS-OPS ceiling for 3 months. Any longer requires special approval from the Federal Minister. Does anyone know the story behind this one in regards to airport approvals?

But wouldn't constructing a building similar to the VUE crane's height then require a taller crane?

Vue from the somewhat more aesthetically appealing (ie green!) perspective (from this morning)
