Received this in my junk mail today. Can't say I've ever seen an Adelaide apartment marketed like that before. Must be spending a lot. I think this will definitely go ahead.

Slightly off topic but that render of Vic Square from above really shows how crap the southern half of the square looks compared to the northern half now!
