[COM] Re: 115 King William Street | 90m | 26lvls | Office
This is turning out to be a nice lil development.
The glass panels are now being installed on the western exterior and look pretty good. Will try to get a photo this week

The crane is very visible from Anzac Highway. I imagine the building will be too once it gets high enough.

This one is going to have some great impact when finished, looking from Victoria square especially.

Should be quite prominent once it reaches its final height if the crane is any indication.

Something 'crane' related will be happening in Waymouth Street and Waymouth Place this weekend (21-22 November 2015).
Have been advised that 'Fleurieu Cranes' will be engaging traffic management.
Will have to wait and see what eventuates.

Still say this development would have looked better had it been spread across it's current site and the corner site, but hey... That's just me!

Agree somewhat. I quite like this one for its unique skinny-ness, but combining it with the other site may have allowed for something slightly more architecturally adventurous, albeit likely a bit shorter. Not a huge fan of the rather blank northern and southern walls, especially considering the nearby heritage to the north means that blank wall likely won't be built out of view.
I guess the positive is that the mediocre corner building is still available for an upgrade one day, although that probably won't be for a while unfortunately. Plenty of different sites even in the core of the CBD need more attention.

The lift core is visible from Victoria Square. Picture Friday 27 Nov (lunch time).

This one is ever so slightly visible from the north now, so it should eventually have a reasonable impact from the Oval. From yesterday in the bar at Adelaide Oval with the great skyline view whose name I've forgotten.
