Some more photospam. Personally, I'm not too keen on the green glass, but it looks as if a lot of the final colours and finishes aren't done yet.

hmm i'm kinda underwhelmed.. at least its not ugly.

what is ugly is the makris development of the old lecornu site, I saw the poster of the proposed development yesterday, it hooks absolutely hideous..

I reckon the Lecornu site development looks great, will fit in nicely on O'Connell Street. Much better than the original tacky proposal

I'm with Osama the Lecornu development is too kitsch.

Like Crawf, I reckon it looks great. Totally different, very European, fits Nth Adelaide well, classy. A third high rise area in/near O'Connell St overdue. Am rather impressed with the Place On Brougham design as well - much better than before.

This is not a new building... This is just a redevelopment of the old Hotel Adelaide International. The height has always been there.

Thanks for that pic mate... looks great.

As far as I know Place on Brougham is now completed, so i've changed the thread title to reflect that.

Its okayish. The reality of this project far resembles what the render looked like. Nonetheless, any change in NIMBYville North Adelaide is a good change.
