The crane base appears to be for a Favco type crane .it is located near the ramp and encased in olive green colour bond sheeting.

Some pictures of the basement taken Sat 25 June. The temporary earth ramp has been removed and work is progressing on the level 3 (lowest) basement. Also attached is a picture of the actual crane from 2 weeks ago.

From your observations of the site, does anything think this development will actually be completed in August 2017 since initially it was originally scheduled for May 2017? Any thoughts about the developer's reputation and track record on finishing their projects within the given time frame? Any other thoughts or updates would be appreciated. Thanks.

Possibly. The basement on this project has been a huge part of the timeline you would think.

A year from now is reasonable, it's only 11 storey's tall and a somewhat repeated floor plate.

My guess is while the structure could be up I doubt the fit-out would be completed as that part usually takes the longest. The developer (Palumbo) is also building the quite intricate/detailed $5m Henley Bch Police Station at the same time (almost complete) if that has had any effect? I wonder also if the O-Bahn work directly in front has delayed access and progress ...

The three basements are nearly finished and the project is nearly at Street level as at 14 Aug 2016.

This project is now moving ahead above ground level after 3 basements. Earlier this week work was on level 2 . Will try to get a more up date picture soon.

Some up date pictures from last week and this week. This building consists of 4 separate wings all interconnected by walkways . The south east and south west at level 3 where as the northwest is only at level 2 and it is not possible to film the north east wing.
